Please make note of Monday's deadline for the renewal of your season tickets and parking for the 2013 football season. For those who chose an upgrade or relocation option, that process will begin in early May. If you have any questions, please contact our athletics ticket office (817-257-3764) or the Frog Club (817-257-7700).

We very much appreciate the many positive comments about our new football video. Clayton Regian in our marketing office is the individual behind that great piece. If you haven't seen it yet, see it below or click here.

Our inaugural Spring Frog Fest was a tremendous success this past Saturday. With our football practice, Spring Sale, statue dedication and autograph session, it was a great day to be a Horned Frog! We thank all of you who made it out.

We have plenty of exposure coming for our football program. Mark your calendar for May 9 at 9 p.m. to catch our spring football show on FOX Sports Southwest. Segments with head coach Gary Patterson, student-athletes and others were taped Monday. We've also had media from Dave Campbell's Texas Football, the San Antonio Express-News and NFL Films on campus this week for various pieces.

After hosting Stephen F. Austin tonight at 6:30 p.m., our baseball program returns to Big 12 action this weekend with a home series against Oklahoma State. First pitch is 6:30 p.m. Friday, 4 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. Men's tennis, currently ranked No. 1 in the nation for home attendance, is looking to pack the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center on Saturday with its 1 p.m. match against Texas. Women's tennis, off to a 5-0 start in Big 12 play, is on the road this weekend at Oklahoma State and Oklahoma. Both our golf programs will hit the links. The men will compete at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate in Austin, while the women head to the PING/ASU Invitational in Tempe, Ariz. Track and field will also be in Austin on Saturday for the Texas Invitational.

Dan Riester is our assistant ticket manager and Frog Club gift processor. When it comes to our Horned Frog Priority Points System and individual rankings, Dan is your point man. He spends a good bit of each day on the phone or in email communication with you as our customer service specialist. Also known as "The Rooster," Dan came to us in June 2011 after working seven years in the development office at UConn. He also has experience in compliance from his days with the America East Conference and Boston College. A Cleveland, Ohio, native, Dan is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and a skilled tennis player.

Former student-athletes Jared and Rachel Shope are a true TCU family. They are consistent supporters of the Horned Frogs and attend almost all our home and away events. Jared was a pitcher for our baseball team (1989-91), earning All-Southwest Conference Tournament and Academic All-SWC honors. He threw a one-hitter against Texas A&M with the lone hit being a grounder between his legs. Rachel was a four-year letterwinner as a diver. They are the proud parents of Cruz, Isabella and Tex. Jared and Rachel are involved in banking and real estate as well as being owners of CD Ski & Sports, located in Fort Worth and Grapevine.

This week's edition of TCU supporters flashing the Horned Frog sign and apparel from all points worldwide is of football student-athlete Aaron Green. During Spring Break, Aaron took a trip to Israel through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. We see Aaron on the Teaching Steps. Please continue to send me ( your images. These are fun to share.

Last Week's Answer: The Godfather provided the classic line, "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse."

This Week's Quote: "Pain don't hurt." Make sure to check back next week for the answer.

During an official visit to campus, TCU is permitted to pay for the expenses of the prospective student-athlete, his or her parents or legal guardians and the prospect's spouse. Expenses may not be provided for a prospect's sibling(s) also attending the official visit.

However, a prospect's sibling(s) may stay in the hotel room with the prospect or his or her parents or legal guardians. If an additional expense for that extra person, the cost must be paid for by the prospect.

A prospect's sibling may also receive complimentary admission to an athletics event, but the sibling's admission must be included in the permissible two guest admissions provided to the prospect.

Please let us know if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding our program. This is also your program and we value your feedback. We welcome all calls and emails.

Go Frogs!
