FORT WORTH - The TCU Showgirls were presented with exciting news Wednesday evening when three of its own were named to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) squad. Emma Dutton made the squad for the second consecutive season and Kelsey Bond and Jordan Daigle each made the squad for the first time.

"I am super excited about all three girls making it," TCU Showgirls Director Lindsay Shoulders said. "We know they are going to be wonderful. They have been working all summer long in training camp, and I am proud of them for making the actual team."

The trio began the auditions process back in May. They were chosen among a group of 45 to take part in DCC Training Camp. Training camp began in June, working to narrow the squad down to the final 39 that will take the field at Cowboys Stadium this season.

"It is an honor to move onto the NFL," Shoulders noted. "That is exciting for the program. We love that we are producing such phenomenal dancers."
