Mitchell serves as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at TCU where she oversees the physical enhancement of the women's golf and tennis programs as well as assists with the development of the football program.
Prior to joining the strength and conditioning staff at TCU, Mitchell served as an intern at TCU and was promoted to full-time status during the fall of 2010. Mitchell previously worked as a volunteer coach at Baylor University where she assisted with the men's basketball program.
Mitchell earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in biology and received her Master's Degree in exercise physiology from Baylor University in Waco.
She is certified in strength and conditioning by sever outlets, including the CSCCa, NSCA and USA Weightlifting.
