Managerial Area of Interest

An On-Field/On-Court Student Manager at TCU is required to work all practices, games, and training camps (This includes, pre season, regular season, and post season). Each manager is assigned a specific position/area of interest within the assigned sport that he/she works with for the duration of the seaosn. It is their duty to check with the coaches/staff to see what they will need for daily practices and competition. This job requires the most time commitment which includes nights, weekends, hoidays, and travel.

Inside Managers assist equipment staff in daily equipment duties. These are dutis are, but not limited to, the receiving and inventory of incoming athletic aparel, assisting in travel preperation for all athletic teams, and daily equipment maintenece. This position works approximately 15-18 hours per week in any of our three equipment rooms.

Laundry Managers are responsible for laundering all athletic apparel used on a daily basis in their assigned equipment room. They oversee the collection, sorting, washing, handeling, and distribution of said apparel. This position works 2-3 days per week. The laundry is done in the evenings with a starting time of approximately 6pm. based on load count, this job fluxuates on ending time.
