TCU director of intercollegiate athletics Chris Del Conte discusses the hot topics around the Horned Frogs
Garnered All-American accolades for the second straight year with a second-team honor in air rifle and honorable mention in smallbore... one of four Frogs to compete in all 11 matches in both events... shot in every single match for the third consecutive season... finished in the top 10 in all but one match this season... earned top five finishes in eight of 11 matches, six in the first six weeks of the season... highest finish of the season was third, which she accomplished five times this year... finished third in the air rifle completion three times, all in consecutive weeks (Oct. 6-Nov. 3) at The Citadel, vs. UTEP and at Memphis with scores of 593, 591 and 587, respectively... achieved third twice in the smallbore competition at The Citadel (Oct. 6) and at UTEP (Feb. 2) with scores of 581 and 579... fired off three 590 or better scores in the air rifle discipline... the third was her season high of 594 at Kentucky (Nov. 17)... her season high in smallbore also came that same week as she shot 584 in the event...averaged 587 in air rifle, which was third best on the squad in that discipline and 576 in smallbore this season.
Earned first-team All-American accolades in smallbore and second-team honors in air rifle... one of three Frogs to compete in all 13 matches in both events... shot in every single match for the second straight season... finished in the top 10 in all but one match this season... improved her air rifle tally in each of her first four matches... placed fourth and fifth in air rifle (587) and smallbore (583) against then-undefeated Alaska (Nov. 1)... tallied her season-high and finished second overall for the day in air rifle at Murray State (Nov. 6) with a score of 593... best score in smallbore came a week later at Jacksonville State (Nov. 12) as he ranked second with a score of 588... help beat previously undefeated Kentucky (Jan. 21) with scores of 587 in air rifle and 582 in smallbore... finished fifth in both air rifle and smallbore against West Virginia (Jan. 28) with scores of 590 and 580, respectively... followed up with another strong performance, shooting a 590 in air rifle the next week against Air Force (Feb. 4)... best performance of the season came on Feb. 16 against Air Force with season-high tying scores in both air rifle (593) and smallbore (588) to finish second and first overall, respectively... placed third in both disciplines at the NCAA Qualifier on Feb. 18 after firing a 589 in air rifle and a 576 in smallbore... shot a 583 in air rifle to help the Horned Frogs win the team National Championship... fired a 576 in smallbore as the Frogs' won their second National Championship in the last three years.
Shot both air rifle and smallbore in all 14 matches... finished in the top 10 in every regular season event this year ... had a solid average of 589 in air rifle and a 577 in smallbore... finished third in both air rifle (590) and smallbore (580) against UTEP (Oct. 16)... best match of the season came against Kentucky on Nov. 5... finished first in air rifle with a career-high score of 595... continued her solid performances in air rifle over the next three competitions, firing a 592 in matches against Nebraska (Nov. 7) and at Alaska (Nov. 21) and a 594 at The Citadel (Nov. 13)... her marks in air rifle against Nebraska and Alaska were tops at the matches... at The Citadel, posted her best aggregate score of the season with an 1174 (594 air rifle, 580 in smallbore)... finished second in smallbore against Air Force on Jan. 16 with a solid score of 582... fired a first-place score of 589 in air rifle against UTEP on Jan. 30... turned in a third-place finish in air rifle with a score of 591 at Nebraska Feb. 6... also tallied a second place finish in smallbore with score of 581... scored a first-place in air rifle after shooting a 594 against Air Force in the NCAA Qualifier on Feb. 10... made the smallbore finals at the NCAA Championships on March 11 after shooting a 584... fired a 98.1 in the finals to finish sixth overall... honored as an All-American in air rifle as well as receiving the All-Academic award... competed at the USA Shooting National Championships... made it to the top eight after firing a 396 on the first day of competition... finished eighth after shooting a 102.9 in the final.

Competed in the Winter Airgun Competition in Colorado Springs, Colo. Dec. 4-6... fired scores of 389, 392 and 391 in the Competition ... put together a sixth-place finish in the women's junior olympics with a grand total of 493.7 in day two of the competition... Finished 12th after firing a 395 and 386 at the Junior Olympics.
