SENIOR (2014-15)

Honored as the Big 12 Men's Swimmer of the Week for his performance against SMU ... garnered both First and Second Team All-Big 12 accolades ... was a member of the top 400 medley relay team this season that put up a time of 3:14.70, which is the fourth-best time in school history ... posted 12 first-place times during his senior campaign ... led the team with the top time in the 200 back (1:43.87) and 200 IM (1:48.26) ... opened the season with a win in the 100 back against UT-Permian Basin behind a time of 51.16 seconds ... followed it up with two wins against North Dakota in the 100 back (50.40) and 200 back (1:48.80) ... added to it with three race victories against SMU in the 200 medley relay (1:31.12), 200 back (1:47.18) and the 200 IM (1:52.58) ... put up his first NCAA "B" cut time of the season at the Art Adamson Invitational in the 200 IM at 1:48.35 ... would record four more "B" cut marks in the 100 and 200 back events, earning second-place finishes in the finals of both ... he also helped set the school record in the 200 medley relay at the event at a time of 1:28.09 ... returned to dual meet action against FAU by tallying three event wins in the 200 medley relay (1:33.82), 100 back (50.56) and the 200 back (1:50.27) ... would claim victories in the 200 back two more times against West Virginia (1:47.93) and Texas (1:48.04) ... at the Big 12 Championships, he put together five more NCAA "B" cut times in the 200 IM, 100 back and 200 back events ... finished third in the 200 back final at a time of 1:44.29 ... leaves TCU as the school record holder in the 100 back at 46.94 and 200 back at 1:42.33.

JUNIOR (2013-14)

Competed in all seven meets for the Horned Frogs during his junior campaign ... earned All-Big 12 First Team honors ... qualified for the NCAA's in the 100 and 200 back events ... received the men's swimming team MVP award ... set the school records in the 100 and 200 back events with times of 46.94 and 1:42.33, respectively ... also set the school record in the 200 medley relay, clocking in at 1:28.13 ... posted nine first-place times throughout the season ... did not finish below third in the first two meets ... opened the season against North Carolina with a win in the 200 back with at time of 1:46.19 ... also had two second-place scores at that meet ... followed it up against SMU with a first-place time in the 200 medley relay at 1:32.22 ... at the Aggie Invitational, he had five top times ... recorded the best times in the both the prelims and finals of the 100 and 200 back ... also helped the 200 medley relay squad notch a win with a time of 1:28.17 ... posted four second-place times against Missouri State ... against West Virginia, had another first-place mark in the 200 back with a time of 1:46.36 ... at the Big 12 Championships in the 200 & 400 medley relay, 200 IM, 100 & 200 back and the 400 free relay events ... helped the 200 medley relay squad to a third-place finish at 1:28.13 ... finished sixth in the 200 IM with a time of 1:47.53 ... also had a third-place time in the 400 medley relay at 3:13.58 ... placed third in the 100 back final at 46.94 ... in the 200 back, recorded a time of 1:42.58 en route to a fourth-place finish ... finished 29th in the 200 back and 42nd in the 100 back at the NCAA Championships ... was a member of two of the school's top relay times throughout the season.
SOPHOMORE (2012-13)

Competed in the 200 back (first, 1:43.35), 200 free relay (third, 1:21.71), 200 IM (fourth, 1:49.23) and 100 back (fifth, 47.95) at the Big 12 Championships ... his Big 12 Championship in the 200 back was the TCU swimming and diving program's first since joining the league ... earned first-team All-Big 12 in the 200 back and second-team honors in the 100 back and 200 IM ... went below the NCAA `B' cut in the 200 back seven times throughout the season ... re-set his own school record in the 200 back at the UIW Invite with his 1:43.25 ... earned 12 event wins on the season ... set pool records at UTPB, UIW Invite and West Virginia in 100 back or 200 back ... was team leader in 200 back and 200 IM and ranked second in 100 back ... went below NCAA `B' cut in 100 back three times.

FRESHMAN (2011-12)

Competed in the 200-meter backstroke (51st, 2:04.18) at U.S. Olympic Trials ... competed I the 200 IM (fourth, 1:50.42), 200 free relay (third, 1:23.62), 100 back (second, 48.13) and 200 back (first, 1:43.41) at C-USA Invite ... earned NCAA `B' cut in 100 and 200 back ... became school-record holder in 200 back ... member of TCU's fastest 200 free relay squad on the year, ranked second on squad in 100 back and third in 200 IM ... earned eight wins, all in individual events ... won 200 back at UIW Invite ... swept backstroke events against Seton Hall/St. Peter's and UC-San Diego ... touched first in 200 back against SMU ... qualified first in 100 back at C-USA Invite.


Six times named an All-American ... Took third in the 100-back at the state meet during his senior year and second during his junior year ... Twice the regional champ in the 100-back and three times the district champ ... An All-State honoree in the 100-back, 100-free, medley relay and 400-free relay ... Placed 6th in the Junior Nationals during his senior year and 9th in the 100-back ... Was eighth at the event in the 100-back during his junior year ... 2010 District Swimmer of the Year and two-year team captain ... Earned the Straight A Award for academics and was part of the PALS mentoring program ... Attended Taylor High School where he competed for Rick Barker ... Also a member of Power Aquatics under the direction of Sharon Power.
