    2002 (South Alabama)

  • Won the indoor 400 meters at the Middle Tennessee Invitational, posting a time of 48.73.
  • Won the outdoor 400 meters at the South Alabama Invitational with a time of 49.61.
  • Recorded two top-10 finishes in the 400 meter hurdles, placing sixth (52.50) at the Auburn Invitational and fifth (52.98) at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships

    2001 (South Alabama)

  • Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 400 meter intermediate hurdles and set a school record with a best time of 50.61... became just the third Jaguar to compete in the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
  • Placed third at the Sun Belt Championship in the 400 meters with a time of 48.06.
  • Ran a career-best 48.03 400 meters at the Cyclone Invitational.
  • Turned in an 8.22 at the Clemson Invitational in the 60 meter hurdles.

    High School

  • Graduated from Elgin (Texas) High School in 2000... coached by Rusty Nail... lettered three times in track and twice in football.
  • Named Elgin's outstanding track athlete of the year after all four of his campaigns.
  • Earned all-state honors in the 300m hurdles as both a junior and senior.
  • Ran on the state champion 4x400 relay team in 2000.
  • Earned AAU all-America honors in the 400 hurdles in 1998 and 2000.
