The TCU women's 4x100 and 4x200 meter relay teams both took third place finishes on the final day of the 76th running of the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, completed Saturday at the Mike E. Myers Stadium.

The 4x1 relay unit of La' Toya White, Donita Harmon, Tiffany Starts and Monica Twum circled the track in a season-best time of 44.00 seconds, 62 hundredths of a second better than their previous best mark, set in Friday's prelims. The 4x200 relay unit of White, Harmon, Larissa Bakasa and Twum recorded a time of 1:33.94. Both quartets finished third behind LSU and Texas.

"Both women's relay teams ran very well," said TCU Head Coach Monte Stratton. "The 4x1 squad posted their best time of the season. I'm very pleased with their efforts."

The Frogs return to action again next week when they travel to College Station for the Texas A&M Invitational.
