FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU track and field's Jordan Moore and Lorraine Ugen have been named Muscle Milk Athletes of the Week for their recent performances.

Moore capped off an outstanding month by taking the Big 12 title in the 60 hurdles at the Indoor Championships on Saturday. His 7.86 time was also an improvement from his preliminary heat, which he also won.

Moore is tied for No. 9 nationally in the 60 hurdles.

Ugen, the defending NCAA Outdoor long jump champion, picked up her first Big 12 title in the long jump. She posted a jump of 21-05.50, which not only tied the Big 12 record, but is also the longest jump recorded this season in the country. Ugen also finished fourth in the 60 meters after posting a time of 7.51.

Ugen, who is also a four-time All-American, is No. 1 in the country for long jump.

The Horned Frogs will next compete at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Albuquerque, N.M., from March 14-15. After the championships, the team will begin the outdoor season at the TCU Invitational on March 20-21.
