2012 Cross Country

Competed in all six team meets for the Horned Frogs ... took 58th at the South Central Regional ... finished 56th at the Big 12 Championships ... recorded two top-20 finishes on the season, taking 12th at the Ken Garland Invitational and 18th at the Bear Twilight Invitational ... also competed at the Notre Dame Invitational and Chile Pepper Festival.

2011 Cross Country
Competed in the South Central Regional for the Horned Frogs, finishing 126th... took 64thplace at the Mountain West Championships ...season-high finish of 12that the UNT Metroplex Opener ... also competed at the UT-Arlington Mav's Challenge, finishing 17th.

2010 Cross Country
Appeared in two meets, finishing in 14th place in the women's two mile at the UTA Season Opener and 14th place in the women's four mile at the Bear Twilight Invitational.

2009 Cross Country
Dalton had a solid first season under distance coach Shawn Winget, finishing within the the top 15 at two different meets ... She opened the season crossing the finish line in fifth-place at the TCU Season Opener ... Captured 12th-place in Denton at the Ken Garland Invitational ... Finished second amongst TCU runners at both the Cowboy Jamboree, Chile Pepper Festival and MWC Championships ... Placed in the top 100 at both the Cowboy Jamboree and Chile Pepper Festival ... Closed out the season, clocking a 40th-place showing at the MWC Cross Country Championships.

Dalton, a four-time outdoor track and field all-state honoree, brings a wealth of championship experience with her to Fort Worth having led Bentonville to six Arkansas State Championships between cross country and track and field ... Was a four-time all-conference honoree in cross country, while also picking up nine all-state honors between cross country and track and field ... Captured a cross country state championship during her freshman season, while also earning runner-up honors as a senior ... Was the 3,200 meters state champion as a sophomore ... Closed out her high school career as a Wendy's High School Heisman state finalist ... Helped the Tigers 3,200-meter relay team set a new state record ... Posted personal-best times of 5:09.00 seconds in the mile and 11:06.42 in the 3200 meters.
