FORT WORTH, Texas – TCU junior Agnes Kemboi will represent the Horned Frogs at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships Monday in Terre Haute, Ind.
The Eldoret, Kenya native finished sixth overall among individuals at the South Central Regional meet on Nov. 12 to earn all-region honors. Kemboi will compete at the NCAA Championships for the first time in her career, marking the seventh time in the last nine years that the Frogs have sent at least one individual to the national meet. She will be the first TCU female competitor at the NCAA Championships since Mary Kinyanjui and Calandra Stewart qualified in 2004.
