2005 Summer League:
Played for the Cape Cod League's Wareham Gatemen... finished the season with a 3.34 ERA in 32.1 innings spanning six starts...struck out 28 batters while walking 16... held opponents to a .228 batting average.

2005 (Sophomore):
Made 20 appearances for the Frogs, including 14 starts... compiled a 5-6 record to go along with a 4.14 ERA... ranked third on the team with 91.1 innings pitched and 79 strikeouts... was second on the squad, holding opponents to a .220 batting average... first appearance on the mound was a scoreless inning of relief against Utah on February 13... earned the start against Texas Tech on Feb. 15... picked up the loss as he surrendered four runs on four hits in 5.1 innings of work... recorded a career-high eight strikeouts in the loss... pitched three innings of relief in Frogs win over Florida Atlantic on February 20... got his second start of the season against Dallas Baptist... surrendered one run on two hits and struck out eight... earned two wins in relief in the weekend series against Manhattan... turned in perhaps his best performance of the season in a losing effort against the No. 5 Rice Owls on March 13... pitched his lone complete game of the season, giving up two runs (one earned) on three hits, while striking on six... got a no-decision in his next start of the season against Southern Miss on March 19... final work in relief came against Oklahoma on March 22... became a permanent fixture in the starting rotation against Saint Louis on March 26... earned his third win of the season with seven strong innings against the Billikens, allowing only one run on two hits and fanning eight batters... went 1-1 in his next two starts against East Carolina (April 2) and USF (April 10)... removed himself from the USF contest with a blister and missed his next start... returned to the mound with a masterful eight-inning performance, dominating Baylor for eight innings... gave up one run on four hits in the no-decision... earned his fifth win of the season against Charlotte on April 24... was tagged with his fourth loss of the season at Cincinnati on May 7... lost his final two decisions of the season at No. 1 Tulane and against Stanford in the NCAA Regionals.

2004 Summer League:
Played for the Cape Cod League's Wareham Gateman... started four games... was 1-1 with a 2.00 ERA in 27 innings pitched... struck out 31 batters, walking only six... awarded the Francis Tripp Award which is awarded to player displaying best character and love for the game.

Transfers to TCU following a season at Nebraska... appeared in 16 games for the Cornhuskers, making four starts... was 3-0 in 33 innings pitched, compiling a 3.72 ERA.

Allen High School:
Named all-state as a senior... selected to the Texas 5A all-star game... named to the Texas Sunbelt Team following his senior campaign... honored as Dallas Morning News Pitcher of the Year in 2003... was a first-team all-district performer in 2002 and 2003... selected as Allen High School's Defensive Player of the Year in 2002... named team MVP as a senior.
