High School: A standout athlete at Michael Power High School in Toronto... led Power?s baseball squad both offensively and on the mound... posted nine wins, three saves and a 1.90 ERA as a pitcher... batted .420 with a home run and 20 RBI at the plate... named a 1999 Toronto All-Star, 1999 team MVP and 1998 Christian Athlete of the Year... was drafted in the 37th round by the Toronto Blue Jays in 1999.
