2008 (Sophomore)
Started the season as the Frogs' No. 2 starter before suffering a season-ending elbow injury.
Was granted a medical redshirt after undergoing Tommy John surgery in March.
Finished the season with a 1-0 record in three starts with a 2.50 ERA.
Struck out 12 batters in 18 innings pitched, while walking just five.
Picked up the Frogs' lone victory in season-opening series against No. 14 Cal State Fullerton on Feb. 23.
Tossed seven innings, allowing two runs on four hits with five strikeouts.
Got a no-decision against Pepperdine on March 1.
Allowed just two runs on seven hits in six innings of work.
Struck out a career-high six batters against No. 2 Ole Miss on March 8.

2007 (Freshman):
Finished the season with a 1-0 record in 15 appearances with a 3.86 ERA.
Lone start of the season came on May 15 against UT-Arlington.
Fanned 22 batters and walked just six in 21 innings of work.
TCU was 13-2 in games he pitched.
Held opponents scoreless in 10 of his 15 outings.
Made four appearances in conference play and had a 3.00 ERA.
Did not allow a run in his first four collegiate appearances, spanning 5 1/3 innings.
Collegiate debut came on Feb. 10 at UCF.
Tallied a career-high three strikeouts in a March 18 stint versus Air Force.
Allowed three runs in a career-high three innings against Texas A&M .
Followed with a stretch of allowing just one run in 6 1/3 innings over the course of five contests.
Racked up eight strikeouts to just one walk and five hits.
Pitched just 1 2/3 innings against UTA in his lone start, surrendering three runs on five hits with two Ks.
Earned his first collegiate win in the MWC Tournament Championship game against BYU on May 26.
The Frogs were trailing 8-5 with two outs in the top of the ninth and Maxwell retired the lone batter he faced and TCU scored four times in the ninth to win the game.
Allowed just three of his eight inherited runners to score, helped along by opponents .182 batting average with runners on base.
The Woodlands High School:
Was the MVP of the state championship game.
Team was crowned the National Champions after his senior season.
Named first-team all-district and all-Greater Houston.
Also a first-team all-state performer.
Earned honorable mention Louisville Slugger All-American honors.
Was 14-0 with a 1.27 ERA as a senior.
