2009 (Redshirt Freshman):
Played in 27 games and made 21 starts... hit safely in 12 games and reached base safely in 18 contests... notched five multi-hit games and tallied two multiple RBI contests... hit .254 on the season with 18 base hits... drove in nine runs... posted one double and two home runs... had a .352 slugging percentage and a .354 on-base percentage... tallied one outfield assist... made five appearances before moving into the starting lineup on April 21... first start of the season came on April 21 against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi... was 3-for-3 with a run scored and a walk in the contest... picked up two hits in the April 25 contest against San Diego State... tallied a double in the contest... drove in two runs with a 1-for-3 day in the series finale against San Diego State on April 26... was 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI in the series-opener against Utah on May 8... also posted a 2-for-3 day with a run scored and an RBI in the series finale on May 10... connected for his first career home run, a three-run shot at UNLV on May 14... homered for the second day in a row on May 15 against the Rebels... tallied three hits in the Fort Worth Regional, including two against Oregon State on May 30... had a hit in the Frogs win over Texas on June 7... five of his nine RBIs came with two outs.

2008 (Freshman)
Played in 15 games and started 12 before an injury sidelined him for the remainder of the season... was granted a medical redshirt... finished the season with a .205 average that included nine base hits, six runs scored, two RBIs and three doubles... hit safely in eight of 15 games... collected his first collegiate hit on Feb. 23 against Cal State Fullerton... hit spurred a season-long four-game hit streak... tallied a double and a run scored against UT-Arlington on March 4... picked up two outfield assists in a win over Dallas Baptist on Feb. 26... best game of the season came on March 12 against Prairie View A&M... went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two doubles and two RBI... last game of the season was March 15 at Wichita State.

Earned four varsity letters for head coach Kent Meador... was named the district Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore... earned first-team all-district honors as a junior... named third-team all-Greater Houston following his junior campaign... selected as the team Offensive MVP as a junior... honored as a first-team all-district, second-team all-Greater Houston and second-team all-state as a senior... also tabbed as a Louisville Slugger Honorable Mention All-American as a senior... excelled in the classroom, earning academic all-state accolades... earned his team's Defensive MVP honors following his senior season... totaled 15 career home runs, 93 RBIs and 33 doubles... hit .369 as a sophomore, .368 as a junior and .422 as a senior.
