Weatherford Junior College:
Played two seasons at Weatherford... was a first-team all-conference performer both seasons... voted to the Who's Who of Junior College Students... named team offensive MVP as a sophomore... batted .400 with 11 home runs, 16 doubles and 52 RBIs as a sophomore... set the school records for doubles in a season (21) and RBIs (67) as a freshman... hit .406 as a redshirt freshman with seven home runs... earned a spot on the Dean's list each of his two seasons at Weatherford... member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society... teammates with current Frog Matt Elliott... played in the California Collegiate League over the summer... participated in the All-State game as a member of the San Luis Obispo Rattlers.
Nolan Catholic High School:
As a sophomore, named District Newcomer of the Year... was a two-time first-team all-district performer... selected as a first-team all-state honoree as a senior... named district MVP as a senior... garnered second-team all-state honors in baseball as a junior... batted .450 as a junior and .475 as a senior... earned three varsity letters.
Parents are Gary and Jackie... has two older brothers, Kevin and Keith, and two older sisters, Kim and Krissy... graduated with a degree in marketing.
