Baseball Announces 2014 TV Schedule

FORT WORTH - Through various third-tier television packages, the TCU baseball team will have at least 25 televised games in 2014. All 25 games will be seen nationally on the ESPN and FOX family of networks.
The television schedule features 14 home contests and 11 road games. All games airing on FOX Sports Southwest or FOX Sports Southwest+ will also be seen on FOX College Sports.
Three of TCU's first five home games will be broadcast beginning with the season-opener on Friday, Feb. 14. TCU's first game of the year against Jacksonville can be seen on FOX Sports Southwest. The Frogs' Tuesday, Feb. 18 game against Northern Colorado will air on FOX Sports Southwest+. A Feb. 25 match-up against UT Arlington will be shown on FSSW.
The television schedule continues with three consecutive Sunday telecasts beginning March 9 against Michigan State (FSSW+). The final game of the Dartmouth series on March 16 will also air on FSSW+ as will the series finale against Texas Tech (March 23). Game two against UT Pan American on Wed., March 26 will air on FSSW, while the series finale against West Virginia will air on FSSW+ on April 6.
A pair of May home contests were selected for national viewing on FOX College Sports and FOX Sports Net. TCU's series finale against Kansas State on May 4 will be televised by FOX College Sports, while game two against Oklahoma on May 10 will air on FOX Sports Net.
In addition to the two nationally televised games, the other two contests in the Kansas State and Oklahoma series will be on TV. The opening two games against the Wildcats (May 2-3) will be on FSSW as will the series opener against Oklahoma on May 9. The home TV schedule concludes with the series finale against the Sooners airing on FSSW+.
In addition to the 14 home games, 11 of TCU's road contests will be televised. First up is a March 11 contest at Rice that will air on FOX College Sports followed by March 18 date at Oklahoma that will be televised on FOX Sports Oklahomas. The three-game series at Kansas April 11-13 will be aired online on ESPN3. TCU's three-game set at Texas April 17-19 will be televised by the Longhorn Network. Just added to the schedule was TCU's final regular season series at Baylor (May 15-17).
