TCU and UCLA Set For Rubber Match Saturday

OMAHA, Neb. - The TCU Horned Frogs and the UCLA Bruins are set for a rematch for the right to move on to the College World Series championship series. The game will air live on ESPN2 beginning at 1 p.m.

TCU HORNED FROGS
The Horned Frogs will send Kyle Winkler to the mound. He will be making his hschool-record 19th start of the season. The sophomore enters the game with a 12-2 record to go along with 3.16 ERA in 116 2/3 innings pitched.

Winkler will be looking for a little bit of revenge against a Bruins team that touched him up for five runs on six hits in 2 2/3 innings of work last Monday. In that game, Winkler issued three walks and struck out only two.

UCLA BRUINS
The Bruins will counter with the very talented right-hander, Trevor Bauer. He enters the contest with an 11-3 record in 17 starts this season. Bauer has tossed a team-high 123 1/3 innings and has racked up 152 strikeouts while limiting opponents to a .249 batting average.

He has made one start in the College World Series, an 11-3 victory over Florida in the Bruins' opening game. He limited the Gators to three runs on six hits, walked two and fanned 11.
