Chris Hall is in his 31st season as a member of the TCU sports medicine staff and his 11th as the Frogs' Director of Sports Medicine. He was elevated to Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Medicine in 2011. Hall, who became just the second Director of Sports Medicine in TCU history in 2003, oversees all athletic training support services for TCU's 400-plus student-athletes. One of the most-respected medical professionals in all of collegiate athletics, he has been recognized by the National Athletic Trainers Association with the prestigious Athletic Training Service Award.
Hall joined the TCU staff in 1984 after serving a year on the training staff at Arkansas. Prior to joining the Razorbacks, he was a student trainer with the Dallas Cowboys. He obtained his bachelor's degree in secondary education from TCU in 1983 and his master's degree in liberal arts from TCU in 1989.
Hall is married to the former Becky Brill, a former Horned Frog swimmer who was inducted into the TCU Lettermen's Association Hall of Fame in October 2008. The couple has one daugther, Katie Elizabeth, and two sons, Christopher Ryan and Jared Michael. Hall will work his 1,000th game at TCU during the 2014-15 season.
