MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Chris Massie had 22 points and 17 rebounds and Dajuan Wagner added 24 points and six assists as Memphis remained undefeated in Conference USA with a 98-72 victory over TCU on Saturday.

The victory was the ninth straight for Memphis (19-4, 9-0) and matched the Tigers' best conference start since 1983-84.

Six Tigers scored in double figures as Memphis shot 56 percent from the field for the game.

Scooter McFadgon had 13 points for the Tigers, while Antonio Burks and Earl Barron each added 11 and Anthony Rice had 10. Barron also grabbed 10 rebounds.

Jamal Brown led TCU (11-12, 1-8) with 20 points. Corey Santee finished with 15 points and six assists and Junior Blount added 12 points and seven assists.

The teams exchanged leads during the game's first nine minutes, but Memphis put together a 14-5 run late in the half and eventually led 46-38 at halftime.

Wagner had six of his 13 first-half points in the streak, while Massie had four.

Memphis benefitted from a 58 percent shooting performance in the half, including 6-of-9 by Wagner.

The Tigers scored the first three baskets of the second half, including two inside baskets by Massie, and held a double-digit lead the rest of the way.

At one point, with the game well in hand, Memphis scored 15 straight points to take an 82-54 lead with 6:38 to play, and the Horned Frogs never got closer than 25 points down the stretch.

In the second half, TCU was held to 39 percent shooting from the field.

For the game, Memphis controlled the boards 48-29.
