TCU HEAD COACH Jim Christian
On regrouping from a 1-2 showing at the Hall of Fame Tip-Off:
“The good part and the bad part of playing three games in three days is we don't have the time to get better, but it exposes what we need to work on. It's good because you see a lot of things you need to work on. We needed to work on rebounding, and tonight we out rebounded them. We needed to play better defense and this was one of the best games we've played defensively.”
On his team’s learning process early in the season:
“We need to figure out what we have to do to win. We know we have to rebound, we know we have to play unselfishly and tonight was a great testament to that.”
On playing unselfishly
“When I’m passing the ball, I have confidence in my teammates. Every guy on the team can make the next play for another guy. Me passing the ball off just opens up things for both myself and the team.
