TCU Men Defeat Texas-San Antonio, 91-80






TCU 91, Texas-San Antonio 80 SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Greedy Daniels scored 17 points, including 10 from the free throw line, to help TCU beat Texas-San Antonio 91-80 Saturday night.

Myron Anthony added 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for TCU, who snapped a two game losing streak.

Texas-San Antonio (1-4) went on a 7-0 run to trim TCU's lead to 80-78 with 2:45 remaining, but TCU (4-2) made 9 of 10 free throws to secure the win.

Devin Brown scored a career high 39 points for the Roadrunners, including three 3-pointers and six free throws. Brown also grabbed eight rebounds.

Bingo Merriex fouled out of the game after scoring 12 points for TCU.
