Senior cornerback who enters the fall as the starter after an excellent spring where he made more plays... possesses excellent feet and speed... also will be used on special teams... has made one career start.

2003: Saw action at cornerback and on special teams... started the UAB game in place of the injured Mark Walker... missed a pair of games late in the season with a knee injury... notched eight tackles, including seven solo stops... credited with three pass breakups.

2002: Appeared in six games at cornerback and on special teams... recorded one tackle and was credited with a forced fumble... was an alternate on the 4x100-meter relay squad during the `02 outdoor track season.

2001: Played sparingly in the North Texas and SMU games as a redshirt freshman... did not record a tackle.

2000: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: Was a state Top 100 selection by the Dallas Morning News and Houston Chronicle... finished third in the 100-meter dash at the state track meet as a senior with a time of 10.27, the fourth fastest time in the country in 1999... his prep 4x100 meter relay team captured the state title and participated in the United States Grand Prix... qualified for the Pan Am games in the 100 meters... in 1998, his 4x100-relay team set a USA Track and Field High School record with a time of 39.69.
