2004:
Started eight games in his first year as a Frog... tied for second on the team with 56 tackles including 38 solo stops... picked off a pair of passes and broke up five others... had a season-high eight tackles vs. USF and at Cincinnati... sealed the win over Southern Miss by intercepting a Nate Young pass at the goal line and returning it 99 yards to paydirt... it was the longest interception return in TCU history, surpassing the 85-yard return by Falanda Newton against Houston in 1986, and the second-longest in Amon G. Carter Stadium history, behind only the 100-yard return by Texas A&M's Bill Hobbs in 1967... also recovered a fumble and was in on seven tackles against the Golden Eagles... picked off his second pass of the season against Tulane.

Was a two-time selection on the Southwest Junior College Football Conference all-league team... selected to the 2003 NJCAA All-America team as a sophomore at Tyler Junior College... picked off five passes in 2003, returning one for a touchdown... averaged 16.7 yards per punt returns... recorded 151 tackles and eight interceptions in his two seasons at Tyler... rated as the third best junior college cornerback prospect in the country and the 23rd best junior college prospect regardless of position, according to collegefootballnews.com... selected TCU over Arizona, Texas A&M, Kansas, LSU, Texas Tech and Missouri.
