2002: Played in eight games in his first season for the Frogs... used in the backfield and as a special teams contributor... carried 33 times for 113 yards on the season... rushed 11 times for 43 yards in the win over SMU... made his only start of the season in the win over North Texas... carried 10 times for 46 yards in that contest before suffering a right shoulder injury... returned to action in the Southern Miss game... did not have a carry in the season's last four contests.
2001: Worked with the Horned Frogs' scout team while sitting out the year per the NCAA transfer rule.
2000: Saw action in all 12 games for the Longhorns at running back and on special teams... finished second on the squad with 220 rushing yards on 60 carries... scored three touchdowns (vs. Houston, Oklahoma and Baylor)... caught three passes for 23 yards... rushed for a career-high 122 yards on a career-best 20 carries against Oklahoma State... also added a career-long run of 18 yards against the Cowboys.
1999: Played in seven of 14 games, including the Cotton Bowl, as a reserve running back and on special teams... was the Longhorns' third-leading rusher with 113 yards... posted season-highs in carries (12) and rushing yards (35) at Baylor... scored his first career touchdown against Texas Tech on a 10-yard run.
High School: Played running back and quarterback at Cypress Falls High School... prep coach was Wayne Hooks... tabbed a 1998 honorable mention All-USA running back by USA Today... earned first team All-Greater Houston honors at running back in 1998... rushed for 1,603 yards and 16 touchdowns and passed for 300 yards as a senior while splitting time between quarterback and running back... rushed for 303 yards and three TDs on 16 carries against Houston Sterling... also had 290 rushing yards and three TDs against Westbury High... rushed for 2,184 yards and 30 TDs on 284 carries as a junior.
