Strong fullback who should be much improved this season after having a full year of the TCU system under his belt... missed the entire two-a-day period last fall as he did not gain his eligibility until after the season-opening game against Nebraska... the strongest of the running backs, he owns weight room records in the bench press (500 pounds), the squat (700) and the incline (480)... has made four career starts.
2001: Became more effective as he became more familiar with the TCU offense... started four games - Tulane, UAB and Louisville in addition to the bowl game vs. Texas A&M... used primarily as a blocking back... carried the ball 18 times in 10 games for a net total of 48 yards... recorded a career-long 27-yard rush vs. Northwestern State... also caught 11 passes for 108 yards and a score... hauled in a 14-yard touchdown pass vs. Army... caught four passes vs. the Black Knights for 63 yards, including a 37-yard reception.
2000: Rushed for 700 yards as a sophomore at Blinn Junior College... coached by Everett Todd... logged approximately 1,200 yards rushing in two seasons at Blinn.
1999: Logged 500 yards on the ground as a freshman at Blinn Junior College.
High School: A three-year letterman at Langham Creek High in Houston... as a senior, he finished among the leaders in the Greater Houston area with 1,700 yards rushing and 26 touchdowns... added 350 yards and 3 TDs receiving... earned all-state honors as a senior... a finalist for the Houston Touchdown Club Player of the Year... District 16-5A MVP... rushed for 1,218 yards on 162 carries in junior season with 15 touchdowns... coached by Dennis Demel.
