Senior tailback who will compete with sophomore Lonta Hobbs and redshirt freshman Robert Merrill for playing time at tailback... knows the offense and makes few mistakes... is the fastest of the tailbacks, having been timed in 4.34 seconds over 40 yards... strong in the weight room with a 700 squat and a 415 clean to his credit... has rushed for 1,406 yards on 349 carries in his TCU career... has scored seven TDs, all rushing... longest run is a 54-yarder... owns four 100-yard rushing games, including two against Louisville... has made 16 career starts.

2002: Started eight-of-12 games at tailback... was second on the squad with 155 carries for 719 yards... scored three touchdowns rushing... also caught eight passes for 32 yards... carried just three times in the first two games... moved into the starting lineup against Houston in game 5... had just 145 yards through five games before breaking out with a 116-yard effort at Army... made it back-to-back 100-yard performances when he carried 23 times for a season-high 137 yards in the win at Louisville... rushed 19 times for a game-high 111 yards in the AXA Liberty Bowl win over Colorado State... put the game out of reach with a three-yard TD burst with 3:15 remaining in the contest... was named the ESPN/Capitol One Player of the Game.

2001: Was the number one tailback for most of the season... finished as the Horned Frogs' top ground gainer with 611 yards on 174 carries... finished 10th in the conference, averaging 54.5 yards per game rushing... scored three touchdowns... also caught nine passes for an additional 44 yards... earned the starting tailback position during the fall camp... carried 18 times for 33 yards in his first collegiate start at Nebraska... started each of the first four games but was beset by injuries, first with an ankle injury, then a deep thigh bruise... recorded a pair of touchdown runs in the loss to East Carolina... returned to the starting lineup for the final three games of the regular season and for the bowl game... had the best game of his career in the upset win over conference champion Louisville... carried a personal-high 31 times for a career-high 156 yards in that contest... included was a career-best 54-yard scamper.

2000: Gained 86 yards on 20 attempts as a redshirt freshman... rushed for a season-high 30 yards on five attempts against Arkansas State, scoring one touchdown... also gained 28 yards on six attempts at Nevada... saw action in seven games overall.

1999: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: A Dallas Morning News Area Top 100 selection... first team All-District 11-5A... rushed for 1,093 yards in 110 carries as a senior... scored 22 touchdowns... had eight receptions for 106 yards... 1998 Most Valuable Athlete on track team... ran a 10.3 in the 100 meters and a 21.3 in the 200 meters... member of the 1996 state champion track team... three-year letterman in football and four-year letterwinner in track... coached by James Jones... chose TCU over Wisconsin and Oklahoma.
