Senior who will challenge for playing time at tight end and also a contributor on special teams... is coming back from a broken leg which ended his 2002 season prematurely... has made one career start... owns four career receptions for 67 yards.

2002: Backup tight end whose season ended when he suffered a broken leg in the win at Louisville... caught one pass for 11 yards against Houston.

2001: Played in every game... made his lone start against Northwestern State... caught two passes for 27 yards... both catches came at SMU, including a 20-yard reception.

2000: Made one pass reception, gaining 29 yards in the win over UTEP.

1999: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: A Dave Campbell's 1998 Texas Football Top 300 Super Team selection... a two-time first team All-District 16-5A... caught 35 passes for 450 yards as a senior... three-year letterman in football... also played basketball... averaged 16.7 points and 9.5 rebounds as a senior... coached by Sonny Karas... selected TCU over Purdue, Auburn, Houston and Mississippi.
