Attendance: 53,671
Final: TCU 52, Kansas State 45

Team Notes
*TCU's 18-point comeback tied for the largest come-from-behind win in the 15-season tenure of head coach Gary Patterson. The Horned Frogs trailed 35-17 at halftime. TCU rallied from a 34-16 deficit to win 51-50 at BYU in 2005.

*Prior to TCU's win in Manhattan, FBS teams were 241-0 this season when holding an 18-point second-half lead.

*TCU tied the school record for consecutive wins at 14. The Horned Frogs also had 14-game winning streaks in 1937-38 and 2008-09. It is the nation's second-longest active streak, behind Ohio State (19).

*The Horned Frogs have a 10-game winning streak in Big 12 play.

*TCU has won its last four Big 12 road games decided by seven points or less.

*TCU is now 36-3 when taking the field as a top-10 team under Patterson, including a 25-1 mark when in the top 5.

*TCU continued its school-record streak with its fifth consecutive game of scoring at least 50 points.

*Aaron Green's 86-yard scoring run on the opening snap extended TCU's nation's-best streak to 19 games with a first-quarter touchdown.

*TCU had two 100-yard rushers (Trevone Boykin, 124; Green, 121) in the same game for the first time since last season versus Texas Tech (Green 105, Trevorris Johnson 105).

*Derrick Kindred's 60-yard interception return for a touchdown was TCU's 16th pick six since 2010 and its 27th non-offensive touchdown in that stretch.

*TCU held Kansas State to 119 yards of total offense in the second half.

*The 97 combined points by both teams tied for the ninth-highest scoring game in TCU history.

*TCU scored for the 286th consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and fourth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991 at Texas (32-0).

*TCU's team captains were Trevone Boykin, Joey Hunt, Derrick Kindred and Davion Pierson. Dating back to last season, Boykin and Hunt have been captains in the Horned Frogs' last 19 games.

*TCU wore a purple helmet with a white jersey and purple pants.

Individual Notes
*Trevone Boykin's two touchdown passes extended his nation's-best streak to 21 consecutive games with a scoring toss. It also tied Andy Dalton for the TCU record.

*Boykin has now directed go-ahead fourth-quarter scoring drives in each of TCU's last two road games. Both came in the final two minutes.

*Boykin finished 20-of-30 for 301 yards passing and two touchdowns. It was his fourth straight game with over 300 yards passing.

*Boykin ran for a career-high 124 yards on 11 carries with fourth quarter touchdown runs of 14 and 69 yards. His previous career high in rushing was 123 yards in last year's game with Kansas State.

*Boykin eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark for the third time in his career and the first time since the Kansas State game last season.

*Boykin's two rushing touchdowns marked the fifth multi-rushing touchdown game of his career and first of 2015.

*Josh Doctson finished with eight receptions for 155 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a 2-point catch. Doctson has 10 touchdown grabs on the season, just one shy of the school record 11 he had last year. He has multiple touchdown catches in four consecutive games.

*Doctson posted his fourth consecutive 100-yard receiving game and seventh of his TCU career.

*With 121 yards on 11 carries, Aaron Green had his third 100-yard rushing game in the last four contests.

*Green ran for two touchdowns for the fourth time in the last five games.

*Green's 86-yard touchdown run was the fourth-longest rush in TCU history and the longest since LaDainian Tomlinson had an 89-yard scoring run versus UTEP in 2000. It was TCU's longest play from scrimmage since a 92-yard touchdown pass from Boykin to Deante' Gray against Texas Tech last season.

*Jaden Oberkrom's 50-yard second quarter field goal was the 65th of his career, tying the TCU all-time record held by Nick Browne (2001-03). It was his second career field goal of at least 50 yards at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. He had a 56-yard effort in 2013.

*Oberkrom is college football's active leader with 65 career field goals.
