*The Horned Frogs fell to 22-7 in regular-season games following a loss under head coach Gary Patterson.

*TCU's nation's-best streak of scoring at least 20 points in 33 consecutive games came to an end.

*The Horned Frogs lost for just the 10th time in 105 games when holding a halftime lead under Patterson. TCU led 14-9 at the half.

*Elisha Olabode's 11-yard interception return for a touchdown was TCU's fourth pick six in its last 18 interceptions.

Individual Notes

*Offensive guard John Wooldridge and cornerback Keivon Gamble made their first career starts. TCU is fourth nationally with 18 players making their first career starts this season.

*Elisha Olabode's 11-yard first-quarter interception return for a touchdown was his second pick six of the season. He had a 28-yard interception return for a score in the season opener against Grambling State.

*Olabode has at least one takeaway in five of TCU's eight games.

*Olabode and Chris Hackett both had a career-best and team-high 10 tackles.

*Gamble had the first forced fumble of his career on a first-quarter kickoff return, while placekicker Jaden Oberkrom recorded his first career fumble recovery.

*Oberkrom's two extra-points gave him 32 in a row, tying Michael Reeder (1994) for sixth-most consecutive PATs made in a season at TCU.

*Ethan Perry had a career-high eight punts for a 47.8 average.

*B.J. Catalon's 46-yard first-quarter run marked a career-long carry. He led TCU in rushing for a fourth-straight game with 43 yards on six attempts.

*Matt Brown's first pass attempt of the season was a 22-yard completion to Boyce. Brown completed 3-of-4 attempts for 38 yards while adding two carries for 17 yards.
