Individual Notes
*Jerry Hughes finished the game with two sacks, extending his nation-leading total to 14 sacks. He forced his fifth fumble of the season on his second takedown.

*Andy Dalton’s three touchdown passes give him nine on the season with all nine coming in the last three contests since he returned from a two-game injury absence.

*For the second straight game, Dalton had a 1-yard scoring toss to Justin Watts. Dalton and Watts connected from a yard out in the fourth quarter last week versus Wyoming. Dalton also had touchdown passes to Even Frosch and Jimmy Young.

*Luke Shivers’ 3-yard first-quarter touchdown run came on his first collegiate carry.

*Robert Henson’s first-quarter interception was his second pick of the season and fourth of his career.

*Ross Evans’ streak of 12 consecutive made field goals came to an end when he missed a 40-yard attempt in the fourth quarter. He had a 20-yard field goal in the second quarter. The true freshman is now 13-of-15 on the season. He is the only freshman included among the 20 semifinalists for the 2008 Lou Groza Award.

*On a 23-yard third-quarter touchdown run, Aaron Brown moved past Mike Luttrell (2,312, 1972-74) into 10th place on TCU’s career rushing list. Brown now has 2,343 yards. Luttrell’s son, Tyler, is a sophomore wide receiver for the Frogs.
