Attendance: 17,673

Team Notes
*TCU won its fourth straight game to improve to 7-2 overall and 4-0 in the Mountain West.

*TCU won its 21st consecutive Mountain West game to extend its league record. The Horned Frogs haven't lost an MW contest since Nov. 6, 2008 at Utah.

*TCU won its 11th straight road game in the MW, tying the league record held by BYU (2005-07). TCU snapped the Cougars' streak with a 32-7 win in 2008.

*TCU's seniors recorded their 43rd win in the last four seasons. The record for a Horned Frog class is 44 by last year's seniors.

*TCU's 7-play, 75-yard drive on the game's opening series marked the third straight contest it has scored a touchdown on its opening possession. It's the fourth consecutive game and seventh time in nine contests that TCU scored on its first offensive series.

*The Horned Frogs had a season-high in rushing yards (390) and total offense (617).

*TCU won its 45th consecutive game when rushing (390) for more yards than passing (227).

*The Horned Frogs improved to 57-1 in their last 58 games when rushing for at least 167 yards.

*TCU's 617 yards of offense was the seventh-best single-game total in TCU history.

Individual Notes
*With Waymon James running for a career-high 181 yards and Ed Wesley 120, TCU had two 100-yard rushers in the same game for the first time since last season versus San Diego State, when Matthew Tucker had 131 yards and James 102.

*The Horned Frogs just missed a third 100-yard rusher as Tucker had 90 yards on 12 carries.

*James' 181 yards rushing were the most by a Horned Frog since Wesley ran for 209 last season against Air Force.

*James had his second 100-yard game of the season and third of his career.

*James' 74-yard fourth-quarter run was TCU's longest carry from scrimmage since Marcus Jackson went 78 yards for a touchdown in a 2008 game at SMU.

*Wesley had scoring runs of 2 and 4 yards. He entered the game with just one touchdown on the season.

*Wesley had his second 100-yard game of the season and seventh of his career.

*Tucker had scoring runs of 5 and 4 yards to give him a team-high nine rushing touchdowns on the season. He now has 24 career rushing scores, moving him past Kenneth Davis (23, 1982-85) for sixth all-time at TCU.

*Redshirt freshman safety Jonathan Anderson and senior fullback Luke Shivers made their first career starts for the Horned Frogs. Anderson is the 13th different defensive player, and fifth freshman, to make his first career start for TCU this season.

*David Porter had a career-long 33-yard reception.

*Ross Evans' 35-yard second-quarter field goal made him 11-of-14 on the season. Evans now has 53 career field goals, one shy of tying Matt Payne (54, BYU, 2001-04) for second in Mountain West history. Evans ranks third on TCU's career chart.

*Skye Dawson had a career-long 47-yard kickoff return.

*Kenny Cain had a team-high 12 tackles, one shy of his career-best 13 versus Portland State earlier this season.
