Team Notes
*TCU had its school record 16-game winning streak snapped. It was the nation's second-longest active winning streak, behind Ohio State (21).

*The Horned Frogs had their 22-game winning streak snapped when taking the field as an Associated Press Top 5 team.

*TCU had its 12-game winning streak in Big 12 games snapped.

*Trevone Boykin's 1-yard scoring run extended TCU's nation's-best streak to 22 games with a first-quarter touchdown. It's a Big 12 record and the nation's second-longest streak since 1996 (Stanford, 25, 2009-11).

*TCU had at least one sack for a 26th consecutive game, tying a school record previously set from 2007-09. It's the fourth-longest active streak in the nation.

*With nine receptions for 146 yards, Shaun Nixon became the fourth different Horned Frog with a 100-yard receiving game this season. The others are Josh Doctson, Kolby Listenbee and KaVontae Turpin. Overall, six players on the current TCU roster have a 100-yard receiving game.

*TCU had two receivers reach the 100-yard receiving mark in the same game for the third time this season as Nixon had 146 yards and Turpin added 107. In the last 15 years, TCU has had five such games.

*TCU scored for the 289th consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and fourth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991 at Texas (32-0).

*TCU's team captains were Trevone Boykin, Joey Hunt, Derrick Kindred and Davion Pierson. Dating back to last season, Boykin and Hunt have been captains in the Horned Frogs' last 22 games.

*TCU wore a white helmet with a white jersey and white pants.

*The attendance of 59,061 tied for sixth largest in Boone Pickens Stadium. In four of TCU's five road games this season, the attendance has been in the top 6 in the home team's stadium history.

Individual Notes
*On a 12-yard second-quarter completion to Josh Doctson, Trevone Boykin passed Andy Dalton (10,314, 2007-10) to become TCU's career leader in passing yards. Boykin now has 10,526.

*Boykin's 32-yard scoring toss to Kolby Listenbee was his 24th consecutive game with a touchdown pass, tying Western Kentucky's Brandon Doughty for the nation's longest streak.

*Boykin had 445 yards passing and 73 rushing for his seventh consecutive game with at least 300 yards in the air and 40 on the ground. It's the longest streak in the last 20 years. No other player had a streak longer than four games.

*Boykin had his seventh career game with at least 400 yards passing.

*Boykin had a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs to give him eight on the season and 26 in his career, ranking seventh in TCU history.

*Boykin had his second multiple-rushing touchdown game of the season and sixth of his career.

*Boykin's 57 pass attempts in the game were a career high.

*Boykin's 70-yard completion to Shaun Nixon was a season-long for TCU and its longest pass play since a 92-yard scoring strike from Boykin to Deante' Gray versus Texas Tech last season.

*Nixon had a career-high nine receptions for a career-best 146 yards receiving, bettering his previous career highs of five catches for 43 yards earlier this season at Minnesota.

*KaVontae Turpin had his second career 100-yard receiving game. He finished with 107 yards on seven receptions. The seven catches tied his career high.

*Aaron Green posted the 20th rushing touchdown of his collegiate career on a 1-yard run in the fourth quarter. He has 18 touchdowns on the ground at TCU and two while playing at Nebraska.

*Denzel Johnson recorded his first career sack.

*Jaden Oberkrom's 23-yard field goal was his ninth consecutive made attempt and 71st of his career. He is now tied with Colorado's Mason Crosby (2003-06) for second in Big 12 history. Oklahoma's Michael Hunnicutt is the leader with 75 (2011-14).

*Tailback Kyle Hicks, offensive tackle Matt Pryor and wide receiver Jarrison Stewart made their first career starts.
