Individual Notes
*Trevone Boykin's touchdown passes of 4 yards to David Porter and 22 to Josh Doctson gave him 26 scoring tosses on the year, one shy of Andy Dalton's single-season TCU record of 27 in 2010.

*Doctson had seven receptions for 115 yards for the second 100-yard game of his TCU career and third of his collegiate career. He had a 100-yard game for Wyoming in 2011.

*Porter had his third scoring grab of the season and 10th of his career.

*Cameron Echols-Luper had a 53-yard punt return after a 3-and-out by Texas on the opening series of the game. In TCU's previous game, he had a 69-yard third-quarter punt return for a touchdown at Kansas.

*Jaden Oberkrom's first-quarter 42- and 29-yard field goals made him 20-of-24 on the season. He has made 13 of his last 14 attempts.

*Oberkrom's 56 career field goals have tied Ross Evans (2008-11) for third on TCU's all-time list.

*Sam Carter had two interceptions to give him four on the season and a total of three in his two games at Texas. He had an interception in the fourth quarter to seal TCU's 20-13 win at Texas in 2012.

*Carter was previously the last Horned Frog with two interceptions in a game, accomplishing the feat in a 48-17 win over SMU last season.

*Carter's 13 career interceptions are the most by a Big 12 player over the last three seasons.

*Paul Dawson had a team-best 10 tackles. He has been in double figures in eight games this season and 13 of the last 18. Dawson had the stop on all three Texas plays on the Longhorns' 3-and-out on their second offensive series. He had the solo stop on five of Texas' first nine snaps, including two for loss.

*Dawson recorded his fourth interception of the season. He entered the game as the nation's only player with at least 100 tackles, five sacks and three picks.

*Defensive ends Terrell Lathan and Josh Carraway both scored touchdowns. Lathan on a 40-yard fumble recovery and Carraway on a 33-yard interception return. TCU's previous touchdown from a defensive lineman was Jerry Hughes with a 24-yard pick six at SMU in 2008.

*Carraway had his first career forced fumble on Lathan's touchdown.

*Carraway tied a career-high, set earlier this season against Minnesota, with 1 1/2 tackles for loss.

*Marcus Mallet had a team-leading and career-high tying four tackles for loss.
