FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU center Patrick Morris and place-kicker Cole Bunce were named to All-Bowl Teams by the Associated Press and Sports Illustrated, respectively.

The duo was recognized for their efforts as the Horned Frogs rallied from an 18-point deficit for a 39-37 victory over Stanford in the Valero Alamo Bowl.

Morris went against Stanford All-America defensive lineman and leading tackler Harrison Phillips and limited him to just three stops as TCU totaled 488 yards of offense, 88.2 yards more than the Cardinal surrendered per game entering the contest.

A Denton, Texas, native, Morris will play in Saturday's NFLPA Collegiate Bowl at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

Bunce, a sophomore from San Jose, Calif., connected on the go-ahead 33-yard field goal with 3:07 to play in the game. He also had a 38-yard field goal for TCU's first points in the contest.
