*No. 6 TCU will look to continue the momentum from last week's 38-7 win at BYU when it hosts UNLV in the Horned Frogs' Homecoming game.
*Dating back to last season, TCU has won nine in a row and holds the nation's fourth-longest current winning streak (Florida 17, Iowa 12, Texas 11).
*The Frogs have their first nine-game winning streak since they won their final eight games in 2006 and the season opener in 2007.
*The Frogs are one of only seven undefeated teams remaining in the nation.
*TCU has its highest ranking in the final week of October since its 1938 national championship season, when it was at No. 2 in the Associated Press poll.
*Since the start of the 2005 campaign, the Frogs are 21-1 in day games and 42-4 when playing on a Saturday.
*TCU has a 10-game winning streak in its homecoming games. TCU coach Gary Patterson is 8-0 in those contests.

*At 7-0, TCU is off to its best start since 2003, when it won its opening 10 games.
*The Frogs have won their opening seven games for only the third time since 1938 and the seventh time in their history (2003, 2000, 1938, 1935, 1929, 1920).

*TCU has an 11-game home winning streak.
*Since 1999, TCU is 53-6 in its last 59 home games at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
*At 34-4 (.895), the Frogs have the fifth-best home record in the nation over the last seven seasons.

*TCU holds a 6-1 lead over UNLV in a series that began in 1996 when both teams were members of the Western Athletic Conference.
*TCU is 3-0 versus the Rebels in Fort Worth and 3-1 in Las Vegas.
*Since beginning MWC play in 2005, the Frogs are 4-0 against UNLV. Both previous meetings with the Rebels in Fort Worth came on Senior Night. TCU was victorious in both games, 51-3 in 2005 and 34-10 in 2007. TCU took 25-10 (2006) and 44-14 (2008) decisions in its MWC visits to Las Vegas.
*The Frogs and Rebels met for three consecutive years (1996-98) in the WAC. TCU won the initial meeting, 42-34, in Fort Worth in 1996. The Frogs then made two straight trips to Las Vegas, falling 21-19 in 1997 before a 41-18 victory in 1998.

*One of the more significant victories in TCU football history came against UNLV.
*After the Frogs posted a 1-10 record in 1997, current head coach and then-defensive coordinator Gary Patterson arrived at TCU as part of a new staff.
*The Frogs made an immediate improvement and were 5-5 heading into the 1998 regular-season finale at UNLV.
*A 41-18 victory over the Rebels gave TCU a 6-5 record and set the stage for an appearance in the Sun Bowl. The Frogs posted a 28-19 win against USC, beginning a stretch of 10 bowl games in 11 seasons.
