FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU football program has announced the signing of Tyler Junior College transfers Kenny Iloka and Frank Kee.

The 6-foot-2, 209-pound Iloka is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 4 junior college safety in the nation. Kee, 6-foot-4 and 345 pounds, is rated third in the country among junior college offensive guards.

Iloka and Kee will have two seasons of eligibility for the Horned Frogs and take part in spring practice.

A first-team all-conference selection in 2013, Iloka led the nation with 126 tackles, including 3 1/2 sacks, from his weak safety position. He added eight pass breakups in Tyler's 4-2-5 scheme.

Iloka is the younger brother of Cincinnati Bengals' starting safety George Iloka, a current teammate of former TCU quarterback Andy Dalton. Iloka selected TCU over Texas and Texas Tech. He played his high school ball at Kempner in Sugar Land, Texas.

Kee was first-team all-conference this season. He chose TCU over Baylor, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Kee played at Timberview High School in Mansfield, Texas.
