Competed in all 12 tournaments for the Horned Frogs, recording 13 rounds of par or better... earned a 73.86 stroke average... ranks second on the team with a final round average of 72.58... recorded two top-10 finishes and three top-20 showings... holds the TCU single-season record with eight eagles this season, which ranks second nationally... tallied eight wins against top-25 opponents and 40 victories over opponents ranked in the top 100... opened the season with a 7-over 223 at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate for a 16th-place finish among 104 competitors... followed up with a fifth-place showing at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate with a four-over 220... posted rounds of 69 and a season-low 67 at The Goodwin in Stanford, Calif., to finish 32nd among 92 competitors... earned a final-round 2-under 70 at the Big 12 Championship at Whispering Pines to place 32nd... tallied second top-10 finish of the season with a ninth-place showing at the NCAA San Antonio Regional... carded a first-round 68 to end the opening round in third position.
Started his TCU career off quickly, helping lead the Horned Frogs into the national top 10 and an appearance at the NCAA Championship ... was one of five Frogs ranked among the nation's top-115 golfers, finishing the season at No. 115 in the Golfweek/Sagarin performance index ... was No. 106 in the final Golfstat Cup standings ... concluded the spring listed No. 65 in the R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking and No. 82 in the Scratch Players world list ... climbed to a high position of No. 50 on the R&A chart ... ranks fourth on the team in score versus par (0.97) and season stroke average (72.44; tie) ... was third on the team in spring stroke average of 71.73 ... posted the first individual victory of his TCU career with a one-shot win at the U.S. Intercollegiate at Stanford (-11) ... recorded the three best rounds of his college career during the victory, including back-to-back rounds of 66 to open the event ... followed with another 66 on the opening day of the NCAA Pullman Regional for a career-best streak of five straight sub-70 rounds ... finished just outside the top 10 in Pullman, tying for 11th place ... earned five top-20 finishes overall and placed in the top 25 in five of his last six events ... prior to the Stanford victory, his best result was a tie for eight place at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate ... posted five sub-70 scores in 32 rounds while finishing below par 10 times ... tied for 93rd place at the NCAA Championship ... was forced to sit out three of TCU's spring competitions due to a nagging hand injury: the Morris Williams Intercollegiate, dual match versus Georgia Tech and the Big 12 Championship ... joined TCU teammate Julien Brun in representing France at the 2012 World Amateur Team Championship in Antalya, Turkey ... placed 53rd individually to help the squad earn a third-place finish at the event.
