Men's Golf Wraps Competition in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga. - The TCU men's golf team carded a 3-over 291 on Sunday to climb a spot and finish 13th in the final round at the 3M Augusta Invitational at Forest Hills Golf Club.
Julien Brun fired an even-par 72 to finish in a tie for 12th place with a 2-under 214, marking the eighth time in 10 tournaments the junior standout has finished 12th or better. Brun rolled in five birdies on the front nine to climb to as high as fifth position and in striking distance of the leader before three miscues on the back nine brought him back to even par.
Sophomore Paul Barjon led TCU in the final round with a 2-under 70, climbing 17 spots to finish in 26th place with a 2-over 218. The Noumea Cedex, New Caledonia, native got off to a slow start before sinking his team-best sixth eagle of the season to go 5-under on the remaining 11 holes for his eighth sub-par round of the year.
Freshmen Chelso Barrett and Giulio Castagnara carded rounds of 74 and 75, respectively, to finish the tournament at 11 over, while junior Sarosh Adi rounded out the scoring with a 77 for a 16-over 232 on the weekend.
The Frogs return to action on April 14 for the two-day Wofford Invitational at the Country Club of Spartanburg in Spartanburg, S.C.
