FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU men's golf team resumes fall tournament action early next week at the 2013 Crooked Stick Intercollegiate at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Indianapolis, Ind. The tournament, hosted by Indiana University, features three rounds played over Monday and Tuesday.

The Horned Frogs will play 36 holes on Monday beginning at 7:30 a.m. CDT followed by Tuesday's final round that tees off at 8 a.m. CDT. Built in 1964, Crooked Stick Golf Club has hosted several major events, including the 1991 PGA Championship, 2009 Senior Open and 2012 BMW Championship.

Joining TCU on the par-72, 7,290-yard course is a talented field that includes No. 6 Georgia, No. 24 Arkansas, No. 31 Florida State, No. 46 Florida, Indiana, Ball State, Eastern Michigan, IUPUI, Kansas, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Purdue and Toledo. Eleven of the 14 teams in this weekend's competition reached NCAA Regional play a year ago.

Filling out the lineup card for TCU will be Julien Brun, Paul Barjon, Michael Culin, Chelso Barrett and Giulio Castagnara.

TCU returns to action after opening the 2013-14 campaign two weeks ago at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate in Albuquerque, N.M., where it posted a seventh-place showing in a talented field of 16 squads with a 54-hole total of 900. Only host-New Mexico finished action under par (-1) in a tournament that was played under tough conditions.

Brun highlighted action for the Frogs with a third-place showing at even par after entering the final round in a tie for the tournament lead. The two-time PING First-Team All-American posted his 19th career top-10 finish in Albuquerque and is currently tabbed 15th in the Golfweek/Sagarin Collegiate Individual rankings.

Barjon also put together a strong showing in the season opener in Albuquerque, carding a 54-hole 223 to place 16th, marking his fifth-career top-20 finish. The sophomore from Noumea Cedex, New Caledonia, opened the season with a bang, knocking in an eagle on a par-4 on the first hole of the tournament.

Culin will also play in his second tournament of the season after a consistent showing to earn a top-40 finish, while Barrett will compete in the second competition of his collegiate career after improving in every round in Albuquerque.

Castagnara, a freshman from Pordenone, Italy, will see his first collegiate action following an impressive international junior career. Castagnara, who was ranked as high as the world's No. 237 amateur golfer according to the R&A World Golf Rankings system and No. 2 in Italy, has been a member of the Italian National Team since 2009 and competed in many of Europe's top junior events, including the St. Andrews Links Trophy and British Amateur.
