FORT WORTH, Texas – The TCU men’s and women’s tennis teams were selected to appear on the television series Inside College Tennis with Tony Minnis on the Tennis Channel in December.

Minnis, the former LSU women’s tennis coach, will narrate the series which takes a look inside the two programs and gives audience a glimpse of what the programs are like on a day-to-day basis.

“We are really excited to showcase our tennis program and TCU on the Tennis Channel,” women’s tennis coach Dave Borelli says. “We were fortunate that my closest friend Tony (Minnis) could be the host and narrator for the series and that we were selected for the premiere episode.”

Minnis and the producers were fortunate enough to spend the last three days on campus filming all the many highlights of the two programs and interviewing the coaches, players and support staff.

“It is an exciting project and great for college tennis,” men’s tennis coach David Roditi says. “We are very proud of what we have at TCU and this is a great opportunity to showcase our facilities, players and the whole program”

The half hour episode, which is produced by the Bill Rodman Production Shoppe, will premiere in December on the Tennis Channel along with an episode featuring the Tulane men’s and women’s tennis program.
