2004-05 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Played in all 33 games for TCU and made eight starts...Averaged 5.7 points and 2.3 rebounds...Shot 32.5 percent (68-of-209) from the floor including a 23.2 percent (23-of-99) mark from downtown...Was a 69 percent (29-of-42) free throw shooter...Reached double figures in scoring on six occasions...Scored in all but four games...Got the starting nod for seven consecutive games beginning in late December and ending in mid-January...In TCU's first game of the season Nov. 19 versus UCLA in Coral Gables, Fla., at the Miami Jam Tournament, Hejny tallied 11 first-half points on 4-of-6 shooting...Made her first three tries from behind the arc...Made her first career start Nov. 26 against California in round one of the Rainbow Wahine Classic in Honolulu...Played a crucial role for the Lady Frogs in their victory over Georgia the following day...Went 4-for-7 on field goal attempts for nine points and assisted on three other baskets...Hit what turned out to be the game-winning bucket with 3:39 left when she spun off of 6-foot-3 Georgia defender Rebecca Rowsey and canned a jumper from 10 feet away to put TCU ahead 64-62...UGA added one more point before the score was final...Provided some valuable minutes for the Lady Frogs off the bench March 5 versus DePaul in Charlotte, N.C., in the semifinals of the C-USA Tournament...Hit a three and 7-of-8 at the free-throw line.

2003-04 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted as a true freshman...Competed on the TCU track and field team as a long jumper.

HIGH SCHOOL: Received four varsity letters from Cisco High School playing for head coach and TCU graduate Darla Henry...Was a Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Star...Participated in the Texas-Oklahoma Oil Bowl All-Star Game her senior year...Tabbed the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches Class 2A Player of the Year two straight years in 2002 and 2003...Was an Amateur Athletic Union Under-16 All-American...A second-team all-state selection by the Texas Sports Writers Association...Hejny garnered first-team accolades at the regional and state levels as well...Named the district MVP one season...Captured the team's MVP award in each of her four seasons...Averaged 20 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, four steals and three blocks per game for her career...Was also an accomplished track and field athlete, earning four letters in that sport as well...Hejny was a four-time state champion in the triple jump and won consecutive long jump titles her junior and senior years...Helped her team capture two state championships...Won 15 gold medals at the state meets during her career...Five of them came her senior campaign...Was also a varsity cheerleader for three years.

PERSONAL: JimAnne Hejny (pronounced HAY-nee), formerly JimAnne Baker, married TCU defensive lineman Jesse Hejny in the summer of 2005...The couple welcomed son Hauss in December...Hauss is a regular guest around the TCU women's basketball family...Hejny is a middle school education major...Enjoys participating in rodeo events and showing lambs at stockshows in her spare time...Her father was a collegiate athlete for Howard Payne University from 1978 to 1979...Would like to get her master's and become a coach...Husband Jesse plans on attending law school in the near future...JimAnne a former two-sport athlete at TCU, participating in long and triple jump for the TCU track team...Has two siblings, Sunnie, 25, and Jay, 21...JimAnne Hejny, the daughter of Jim and Debbie Baker, was born March 1, 1985.
