2008-09 (FRESHMAN):
Tolu Omotola saw action in 18 games during her freshman season at TCU... set several single-game career highs during TCU's Nov. 20 win over UT Arlington, including points (eight), field goals (three) and minutes played (15)... pulled down a career-best six boards vs. Sam Houston State (Nov. 14)... hit each of her two field-goal attempts off the bench while helping TCU pull a road upset of No. 3 Cal (Dec. 7) in the championship game of the Colliers International Classic... totaled six points while adding a career-high six points in 12 minutes of action at Colorado State (Jan. 7)... collected a career-best two assists with four points in the Jan. 17 home win over Air Force... went 2-of-5 from the field while scoring four points during the Feb. 10 win over UNLV... appeared late in TCU's NCAA Tournament first-round loss to South Dakota State (March 22).

Omotola finished her high school career at Bellaire High School after spending her first three years attending Houston's John Foster Dulles High... earned three letters playing basketball in high school... was named to the Nigerian Under-19 National Team in May of 2007... rated as the 44th-best power forward prospect nationally as a senior by Collegiate Girls Basketball Report... earned second-team all-district honors as a senior after posting averages of 8.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game... helped lead Bellaire to a 36-2 record and Class 5A Region III championships... named Third-Team All-Greater Houston Area by the Houston Chronicle following the season... selected to the 2008 edition of the Houston Top 20, which honors the best player in the Houston metro area... named to Rise Magazine's All-Greater Houston Area Third Team following her senior season after being named to the publication's preseason fourth team before the campaign... was a nominee for the 2008 McDonald's All-America Team... played club ball with the Houston Heat... competed at the adidas Top-Ten All-American Camp during the summer of 2007... averaged 10 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks, while hitting 51 percent of her field goals and 70 percent of her free throws, for Dulles as a junior in 2006-07... earned second-team all-district honors as a junior.

Born Toluwani Oluwaseanfumi Omotola on June 28, 1990... was born in London, England, and moved to the United States when she was seven years old... parents are Abel and Lola Omotola ... father works in business and mother is a nurse... has one sister, Kerni, and one brother, Simon... plans to major in communications at TCU... enjoys traveling... in addition to playing professionally after college, also wants to start a church ministry.
