HIGH SCHOOL: Sverrisdottir led the Icelandic national team to a third-place finish in Division B of the qualifying round for Eurobasket Women 2007... paced all players in Group B with 19.3 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game... recorded at least 20 points and 10 boards in three of six games, including highs of 33 points against Ireland and 15 boards versus Norway... shot 50.8 percent from the field for the tournament... earned Most Valuable Player honors each of her last three seasons with Haukar of the Icelandic Express League... led Haukar to consecutive league championships in 2006 and 2007... averaged 21.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game during her final season.
