POST-GAME QUOTES
Delaware-TCU
Nov. 16, 2007
Fort Worth, Texas--Daniel-Meyer Coliseum

Head Coach Jeff Mittie
Opening Statement
"I thought early in the game we moved the ball well. I think things were so easy early we almost got sloppy with that. Then we hit a stretch where I didn't like our focus, but the player who I thought let the game come to her the most had the best game, and it was Jenna Lohse. She stayed where we wanted her to stay. The ball moved to her early in the game. She had good looks down there. She did a good job of letting the game come to her. I am pleased with this early start as far as playing different people. It has challenged us to play different styles, and that is something that I think is going to benefit us in the long run."

On freshman guard Helena Sverrisdottir
"You know she's the point guard for the Iceland National Team. That tells you a little bit about her versatility. You see for her tonight six assists and no turnovers. She really just took what the defense gave her. She found space. She certainly played well tonight."

Senior forward Jenna Lohse
On her performance
"What we talked about in practice is staying in one position on the baseline. That was my main focus. My team did a great job of getting me the ball. It was just a pass and a shot. It wasn't anything totally special that I did, just staying with the game plan."

On freshman guard Helena Sverrisdottir
"I think she is a great addition to the team. She plays very unselfish. When she has an open shot she shoots it, and when she doesn't she passes it off. I think she sees the floor well. She plays hard the whole time and always has a great attitude. She's a great addition."
