TCU (4-0) took the lead with 16:56 to go in the first half on a shot by Niki Newton, and led 42-24 at the break.
TCU's dominance continued in the second half, when the Horned Frogs held Texas-Arlington (2-3) to four points in the first 10:11. TCU also forced 29 turnovers, leading to 21 points.
Rola Ogunoye had 11 points and six rebounds to lead Texas-Arlington. LaToya Lewis and KaShayla Hawkins added nine points each.
The Lady Mavs were 5-for-21 from the field in the second half and scored 19 points. They shot 27 percent for the game.
The Horned Frogs are off to their best start since opening the 1992-93
season at 5-0.
