FORT WORTH, Texas -- No. 24 TCU women's basketball hosts a crucial Big 12 game when No. 22 Oklahoma State visits Schollmaier Arena on Wednesday for a 6:30 p.m. contest.

TCU (16-6, 7-4) and Oklahoma State (16-6, 7-4), playing for the first time this season, have identical overall records and sit in a tie for third place in the Big 12 standings. It will mark the first TCU home game featuring two ranked teams since 2004.

How to Follow
The game will be televised FOX Sports Southwest with Chuck LaMendola and Janice Dziuk on the call. The game can also be heard on KTCU 88.7 FM in Fort Worth, as well as online via FrogVision, with Jeff Williams doing play-by-play. Special Events/Promotions
Wednesday is Middle School Night at Schollmaier Arena with over 20 local middle schools expected to be in attendance.

Last Time Out
TCU saw its seven-game winning streak come to an end last Saturday, falling 92-65 to No. 8 Texas at the Erwin Center. The streak was TCU's longest since an eight-game winning streak in 2010-11.

The Frogs were outscored 27-4 in the first quarter and could never recover from the early hole. Freshman Lauren Heard led the Frogs with a career-best 18 points while Amy Okonkwo added 13 points.

1. Wednesday's game will be TCU's first home game featuring two ranked teams since March 7, 2004, when No. 16 TCU hosted No. 11 Houston in the Conference USA Tournament title game at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum (now Schollmaier Arena). In its history, TCU has hosted four games between ranked teams with all four coming during the 2003-04 season.

2. TCU is looking to defeat its third ranked team this season, something it has done just twice (2004-05, 2005-06) in program history. The Frogs have never won more than three games over ranked teams in a season.

3. TCU's 16-6 record through 22 games is its best since a 17-5 mark in 2009-10, the last season TCU played in the NCAA Tournament. The Frogs' 7-4 record in Big 12 play is their best through 11 games since joining the conference and the best since a 9-2 mark in the Mountain West in 2010-11.

Scouting Oklahoma State
At No. 22, the Cowgirls sit just ahead of No. 24 TCU in the AP Top 25 Poll, but Oklahoma State (55) is just behind TCU (52) in the NCAA's RPI.

OSU most recently beat Kansas at home on Saturday, 92-63. That came just after a road loss to Baylor, 77-64; at the time the Bears' closest margin of victory in Big 12 play.

The Cowgirls are led by a pair of seniors in Loryn Goodwin and Kaylee Jensen. Goodwin is the Big 12's leading scorer at 21.0 points, ranks second with 5.5 assists and first with 3.7 steals per game. Jensen is fifth in scoring at 17.7 points and leads the league in rebounding at 10.2 boards per game.

The Series
Oklahoma State leads the all-time series, 9-5, including a 6-4 mark since TCU joined the Big 12 in 2012-13. The Frogs are 4-2 against the Cowgirls all-time in Fort Worth.

The Cowgirls swept last season's series. Prior to that, the Frogs had won both home games under Raegan Pebley who is 3-3 against the Cowgirls.

Up Next
The Frogs will play a third straight game against a ranked team when they travel to face No. 3 Baylor on Saturday. The Lady Bears are unbeaten in Big 12 play and will have two extra days of preparation after beating Oklahoma at home on Monday.
