Nuutinen Moves into Third at Golfweek Challenge

WOLCOTT, Colo. -- TCU senior Sanna Nuutinen is in third place individually, while the Horned Frogs are tied for fourth after Tuesday's second round of the Golfweek Conference Challenge.

Nuutinen carded a 74 and is at 2-over-par 146 through 36 holes. The Helsinki, Finland, native is five strokes off the pace set by Pepperdine's Marissa Chow.

Nuutinen birdied her opening hole en route to two birdies on the front nine and a team-best three on the day.

Fort Worth native Chaney Uhles, tied for 28th individually, contributed a 79 for the Horned Frogs. TCU freshman Alex White recorded a pair of birdies.

With a 9-over 585, Pepperdine sits atop the leader board with a 22-stroke advantage over UC Davis.
