TCU Finishes 11th at Schooner Fall Classic

NORMAN, Okla. -- Sanna Nuutinen's final round even-par 70 led No. 39 TCU to an 11th-place finish Monday at the Schooner Fall Classic.
The Horned Frogs' 287 marked its best round of the tournament by 14 strokes over its first-day score.
Nuutinen totaled three birdies on the day in tying for 12th individually, her second top-15 finish in three tournaments this season.
Maxoutopoulis, who tied for 25th, had a pair of birdies in a four-hole stretch on the back nine. White birdied three consecutive holes and totaled a team-best four birdies on the day.
Chaney Uhles, a Fort Worth native like White, birdied her opening hole en route to a 74.
Oklahoma State captured the team title by six strokes over host Oklahoma, while LSU's Madelene Sagstrom took medalist honors with a 4-under 206.
TCU will return to action Sunday when it begins play at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational in Austin.
