SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- TCU’s Emmy Martin carded a 7-under-par 65, one stroke shy of a school record, to lead the Horned Frogs into a second-place standing after Monday's second round of the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational.
Martin totaled eight birdies and recorded par on nine holes. The senior from Odessa, Fla., birdied five of her opening eight holes, including three in a row in one stretch.

The Horned Frogs are behind only Arkansas in the team standings.
